Hi Sheila,
Scrubbing, takes out any audio you don't want, but it does it to the millisecond. You know how when someone's talking, and they might put there words together without pausing? Scrubbing can get rid of exactly, what part of the audio you don't want.
Now if my description isn't good enough, I am sure someone can add to what I'm saying.
Oh yes, I use it, a lot, and it is worth it, it's a tremendous feature in SR!
