I have written custom JAWS scripts for Studio Recorder that improve the user
experience for JAWS users. So far only myself and Neal Ewers have used them
and I am looking for some additional testers. If you wish to try the

then send you a link to download a package that consists of a setup program,
user guide, and a recorded demo of myself and Neal using the scripts. Here
is a brief list of the script features.
* Hotkeys to announce the current time, total file time, and selection
length with or without time labels
* Choice to turn on or off announcement of mark positions as you jump
to them
* Choice to turn off JAWS typing echo in the main sound window
* Ability to choose 8 different ways to echo audio changes resulting
from deletions
* Ability to set and apply a custom volume change amount
* The scripts also prevent JAWS speech from interfering with the SR
scrub commands (Control Left/Right arrow). SR provides the equivalent
Control F11/F12 scrub commands for screen reader users but the scripts let
JAWS users use Control Left/Right if they wish.
