I had a similar file where the voice was too soft and the screen reader was too
loud.
Rob Meredith, the guy who wrote the app, was kind enough to give me a solution
that set the volume the same for the whole file.
See if this helps.
1. Open the Change Volume dialog.
2. Type 20 in the Change Volume edit field.
3. Check the box about using dynamic compression.
4. In the next edit field, the one after the compression ramp time slider,
type 20.
Press Enter and see how it sounds.
