Hi Folks,
As I mentioned in a previous email, we are going to hold a virtual Saturday
Knitting event using FaceTime this Saturday instead of going to Panera or
Starbucks. You need to have an Apple device - a recent model iPhone, iPad,
or Mac computer. If it's really old, it probably won't support Group
FaceTime. If you use an Android phone or a Windows PC, I believe you're out
of luck. Sorry.
In order to avoid chaos, I will be holding a practice Group FaceTime
session tomorrow, Wednesday March 18 from 4-5 pm. If you'd like to join in
and practice using the group feature, reply to this email with your mobile
number (or email address).
You don't need to install anything special; FaceTime is built-in to Apple
devices. At 4:00 tomorrow I will call you up and we can group chat for a
bit.
