In this version I've added the feature level tagging we talked about last
weekend (but only for orientations, I'm still working on the rest). Spot
level tagging is still the same.
The continuous tagging option is still there as well but only applies to
Spot level tags. If the continuous tagging no longer makes sense or won't
be used I can remove this.
Same with tagging from the map. As of now that only applies to Spot level
tags.
Randy, could you let me know if this is going to work for what you need in
the Rio Grande? I'm still working on adding tags to samples, etc. but that
shouldn't take too long.
