Even if Carandolana levels up she won't need to get to town for it, she's
gaining no new skills or spells this time. She will need to get her ring of
rank to Nickalo so he can add another circle to it, but that's all. This
assumes she isn't needed to do any druidic duty like taking care of the circle.

Subject: [stoddard] Re: The next morning
Sicarius will smelt down the scrap metal into a form more useful for his
purposes. He will study the pieces of plate, and not melt them down right away.
Do we have a font design? If so, Sicarius will work on that instead. He has
the silver. He's also made some bronze with the copper and tin that Sean had
gotten for that purpose. He knows it needs to be silver or better, but as
bronze is favored by Artor, Sean wanted him to make some bronze.
We have the Winton from the Manrug Company and Florentius from the Greenmantle
Guard who are jewelers, so presumably the are working the design. I assume
they will be paid for this creation.
An opportunity seems to have presented itself for anyone we needs to get to
Aarell.
In the event that Hagar retains these troops on his own (a more golden
opportunity will ne'er present itself), in addition to the monthly costs, I
would like a list of the company and extra skills to add to the NPC
spreadsheet. With luck we have some miners and some stone masons and some
builders. If we need more space, they can expand the current cave structure,
or they could hollow out Overwatch Hill, or where ever else they see fit.
Don't anybody tell Sean what Ambroz did, or he'll come up with conspiracy
theories as to why. He won't trust it regardless.
That said, Sean would suggest that any correspondence to Ambroz include queries
regarding his intent to settle his land grant to the North, along his eponymous
river, if I recall correctly. Assuming everyone is more rational than Sean,
and with the possible exception of Ahearn, everyone IS more rational than Sean,
it might not be a bad idea to help him get settled. And knowing his lands
better than he does will be helpful when he turns out to be less than helpful
(so Sean would say).
So, the question next becomes, does Vekeal become a henchman of Hagar, or
remain a hireling of Ambroz?

The next morning, Lieutenant Vekeal Hardbelly will attend to Hagar along with a

he is able to help his lordship with any correspondence, etc. He is hoping Lord
Hagar may want to write a letter to Lord Ambroz before the ship leaves the dock
to return to Stoddard via Aarell. Is there anything else you need?
The night went uneventfully except when a couple of gnomes tried to float a
passed-out dwarf. They do not float, particularly in chain mail, and rescue was
required. Manrug has the ogres searched and 59 gold pieces were recovered. What
do you wish to do with those?
Actions for the day?
