Vekeal will tell Cara they think it was set in from above; probably a 20 foot

carved the entire vault out of stone. Vekeal thinks it might be 1000 years old
or so. There are no sigils from where they have gotten to it. There are
probably sigils or a seal if they would dig from the surface. However, they
have not dug down yet. They will only do that if directed. It could be an
ancient human burial or potentially a now defunct tribe.

Any indications of how it got buried? Any sign of prior tunneling?

I figure the easiest thing would be five daily patrols,
returning to the Cove after each. Big twelve hour circuits, starting in the
southern end of the outer perimeter, and ending on the last day patrolling
around Ahearn's. That way we don't need to worry about night encounters. Or
having to hunt for food, now that we can't eat rabbits or voles.

Sean will patrol to Tizar's End, then
clockwise all the way to Ambroz River (the river north of Ahearn's). And he
will avoid conflict with anything he can't kill on his own. (IE, six ogres or
less, twelve pirates or less, twenty goblins or less.. heh heh)
His rock wall can wait.

I would like an extra 2 guards set up
at that intersection once we keep going as a lookout till we can fibure this
out. No way do I want it surprising us.
Sean, I expect you to patrol the area
still (those 5 days of inactivity your player said to do but Hagar knows Sean
needs activity, I know nothing happening but you can always start that
boundary posts lol )

No, Lanni will however offer a full
tabard in the color of Sean's choice announcing his status. Front and back. A
subtle armband wouldn't really suit such a ranger. You need something less
subtle to fit your personality.
If Elmore does cast augury, he will
learn if would be woe to open the crypt. Vekeal will look to Hagar and plan to
tunnel around the vault, giving it a wide berth. It will add a couple of days
to the tunnel.
Sean can probably get a hand axe from
Fred. Fred can order a pick axe for you.
GB production, 33, 37, 30, 26, 27 The
final number is still potentially one day in the future.

extremely quiet. Cara will be able to finish her bathing facility in the beach

and Elmore to determine what to do. Do they tunnel around it or open it up.
They would prefer not to unseal the small vault, but Hagar is their boss.
BTW - fairly much all of the
gnomes have taken to calling Sean, Mr. Marsh, our least favorite ranger. We
took a vote. All of us. They are enjoying their joke. Or are they serious?
Agatha is hanging with Cara and Holly and enjoying speaking in elvish.
