Sean agrees with Pomeroy and the settlers. "Holly is planning a bierhall, but
a nice riverside inn a bit up North Creek or Middlecreek, with an excellent
cook and specialties from the area (mostly deer now, and the beef cattle, and
fish), with accommodations as well as fine food... that would be a draw in
itself, even without the pilgrims." The sheer number of possible directions
this settlement can go in almost gives Sean a headache. He is still gung ho on
ship building, or, at the very least, ship overhauling and repairing. Then
there is glassmaking with the sand, pottery with any clay, baskets, thatching
and anything else we can make from all the marsh grasses and reeds, mushroom
growing in the caves, cheeses, honey, whatever crops Ahearn has gotten going,
potatoes to trade to the locathah, a place to study all the artifacts we
recover, and a staff of sages (or, at least, graduate students...) to do the
studying, trade with the Lady of the Waters and her people... After a few
days, if this embassy is still here, and Sean's mood lightens, maybe he will
talk to them.

Agatha wants to take Tina a paid of nice dragon skin boots as a welcome to the

fresh graves in your graveyard. The farmers are a bit excited about the
prophet; they think he will bring travelers in need of food. They are hoping to
build a tavern near the anchoret and maybe a tavern once you all purge the air
of the wrym. Pomeroy will tell Sean he thinks Grundeak is a boon.

"Brother, I am done planning. I tire of it. I am not good at leading men
into battle. I feel the losses too much. All I want at this point is either a
confrontation with the wyrm, or furlough to go and see Tina." Sean looks
shaken for a moment before he shrugs it off. "Besides, Agatha wants to meet my
wife. So, no, I don't care about hitting the goblins again. They are stupid
and will die, likely at least in part by my hand. No, the only hitting I want
to do is on the dragon. I just want to know if I am hitting to kill, or
hitting to subdue."
(And, OOC, I am wondering if Cizvar hitting him with a club is subdual. Or,
for that matter, whether hitting him with a boulder is subdual. Both are
technically blunt...)
(Bigger OOC: Sean's player is thinking we beat the dragon, and Sean makes name
level, with all the benefits that entails. And even if he doesn't, I don't
imagine the dragon is a pauper... baby needs a new pair of shoes...)

Subject: [stoddard] Returning folks The gang will reassemble at Dugal's Cove.
Cara arrives about 20 hours before the Chaos team wanders into view. The chaos
team has a couple of wolf pelts with them. Grundeak is getting fidgety about
not starting to build the anchoret the gods have instructed him to build. The
elves are just hanging out. They are rarely in a hurry by non-elven standards.
