Luckily at least Texas doesn’t have a state income tax. Plenty of other taxes
but not a state income. Lottery sales may be helping with that, but I don’t
know for sure. Different ones seem to go to different things. Love seeing other
people spend their money on lottery. It’s like “Yeah! Pay those taxes! Pay um!”
Only now and the will I buy in on a Powerball or Mega. I always lose, but if I
should ever win big it might make a difference. I don’t see scratch offs ever
making a long term difference. Think I heard a peace of advice to get all your
assets under a LLC or something to keep people from continually trying to take
assets through frivolous lawsuits.
