Grundeak will ask for an anchoret at the SE base of the hill based on
discussions with the other dwarves. He will warn Hagar and Sean, that many
folks will come to see him and that Hagar should charge a small docking fee
to cover the cost of providing for Grundeak and to support the building of
a traditional temple to all of the benign gods. Grundeak will then fairly
much plot down facing the sea about ten feet SE of where the digging will
begin.
