Sicarius shoots at ghouls first. He knows he can hit them. When he runs out
of ghouls, then he shifts to the melniboneans Sicarius encourages the gnomes
to target his targets and add to the firepower.

John Mac are you rushing into the western crypt to fight the remaining white
elf and ghouls? Shooting arrows? Carnodolana and Holly actions? Xander is in
the eastern crypt with the rope.
Sicarius is going to shoot arrows at the white elf? What do you want the gnomes
to do? Currently, they are out of the way of the crypts due to the recent
explosion.
