just to clear this up: I didn't personally answer you.
You are subscribed to a mailing list, that means the
list server will send to you every mail another user has
sent to the list.

As for your question about loopz.
Unfortunately I don't know the program, but may be it
is one of the few programs that don't run on STeem, yet.

Maybe the STeem authors Russell and Anthony can
comment on this, however, there are so many ST
programs that they can't test every single one of it
immediately, so it might take some time. ;-)
