Dear START-users
As far as we know, START has not been studied with patient having an
intellectual disability. We have initiated a project studying the qualities
of START in the community care service-users exposing challenging behaviours
(not targeting psychiatric disorder or drug dependency as asked for). At
least one prior project has focused the START in this population

assessment scheme and instrument to evaluate treatment progression in
