Dear All,
Sorry to bombard you with yet another e-mail, but this is to slightly amend my
initial e-mail of 26 September.
Although the attachment requests a vote by November 1st, may I request that you
let me know soonest, that you have at least received my initial e-mail. I am
working on the principal that no reply means no receipt, so I will need to
contact those members in good time, ensuring that they have the chance to vote
before the November deadline.
