Hi Everyone,

Great rehearsal this week. Our concert is taking shape.

Just a few reminders:-

*         We really need to sell tickets and fill the auditorium to make as
large a donation as possible to the Children's Hospital Foundation. We have 22
days to sell 300 tickets.

*         Please email friends, family, businesses anyone you know and invite
them to come.

*         Attached again are an email template with all the details and links
and the poster.

*         If you can, please ask businesses around your area if they can
sponsor with goods, services or gift cards for raffles or supper, and/or cash
donations towards the cost of technology and hall hire. A sponsor's covering
letter is also attached.

*         If you have anything to contribute towards the raffle hamper, please
bring to rehearsal and pass on to Riem.

*         Uniform ties and scarves are available for $10. Please do a direct
debit to the SCRB bank account, referencing your surname, and collect your tie
or scarf at rehearsal.

*         Bank Account details are:- South of the River Community Band, BSB 638

*         Don't forget extra rehearsals on Monday 19th and Wednesday 21st June
at 6.30pm.

*         We are also looking for donations of biscuits or cookies (homemade or
shop bought is fine) to serve for supper.
