No we do not operate on weekends so we
will only be returning on Monday morning just after our first delivery at 8.30
ish.



We will keep a note of the equipment (platters
and bowls) left behind and will check them all off on collection along the
issued amount of glass wear. As noted in the booking there will be a
replacement fee for any item unaccounted for.



Do you know what room they will be kept in
as my staff will no be able to wait for some one to arrive on Monday morning
and they will need to be able to access the room where the equipment is?

Hi Ann,

We will keep the equipment in one of the rooms at the engineering pavillion.
The room wont be locked but there is little possibility that anything would go
missing. We will take full responsibility of anything that does.

When will you come to pick them up? Please let me know ASAP so I can arrange
someone to be there when you do. Will you be on campus on Saturday?
