Sorry, I am not into computers that much.
Only thing I know about blooming is what I remember from repairing radars,
usually a problem with focus voltage breaking down with HV resistor
problems. Perhaps DR or JS can give you some advise about your problem.

Problem with email and blocking of monitor space has cleared
up over
night, after 3 days. It had something to do with
"Thunderbird"
modification, (I think).
