reply to him. Chuck by himself cannot post on the Net. So why should DR even
bother to
tell Chuck not to send to the Net when he can't get on to begin with?

If Chuck's emails are being sent to this list because he is replying to one of
your emails then you are doing something wrong.
If you put all your addressees in Bcc then they will not show up and there is
no way that replies can be sent to this list.

It might not be Stan's fault. It's possible that Chuck is addressing his
emails to this list using the email address he obtained from emails he has
received from Stan.
The only other way that Chuck's emails could be sent to this list is if he was
using the "reply all" button AND Stan was sending emails to him and this list
using the To: or the Cc:
Therefore if Stan is using the Bcc: then Chuck is to blame.
On the only hand, the only way Chuck could have obtained the email address for
this list would be is Stan send him an email with the email address for this
list in the To: or Cc:, and not in the Bcc as he is claiming.
I suspect Stan is confused, as usual, and doesn't know the difference between
using To:, Cc;, and Bcc.

RR sent a msg he was blocking me which he had also done before to DR & me,
which had meant to both of us he

it. Why else would he say he is blocking

Also, he sometimes responded to our posts because another member who wan't

It is very simple. Instead of using To: or Cc: to address your emails to
several adresses use Bcc: when one of the addresses is this group.
When you do that people who reply to your emails will reply to only to and not
to this list as well, because if they reply to this list it gets blocked
because they are not a member of the list and this makes more work for DR.
Use Bcc: , not To: or Cc: Got it? End of discussion.

I understand that a non-member is not allowed to post on our net but
members can post messages from from non-members
to explain our points and even other's points of view which RR does all the
time.and that is free speech for the benefit of all.
Whats the mess and where is the damage?
The problem comes when you address another person who is not a member of the
email list.
When that person responds, moderators receive messages that the message will be
held pending moderation by the moderators.
This happens for each such message.
I don't like doing this especially when I have been asking you to STOP doing
this.
This subject is closed, I am not going to discuss it further, if you continue
this subject after I have repeatedly replied to you privately and publicly, I
will moderate you so that your email no longer posts automatically to this
list.
Can't you understand that I have been dealing with your doing this for almost
ten months? I am done with this.
