A consumption tax is one way to tax everyone fairly.  But the rich avoid
this also, like John Kerry currently Secretary of State, managed to build
his yacht elsewhere and worst, register it in Rhode Island even though he
was Senator from Massachusetts at that time, he berthed "Isabella" in
Nantucket, Massachusetts.  He wasn't eligible to register it in Rhode
Island, but did it any way.

Typical politician.
