[sparkscoffee] How do you tell what is socialist?

Hi RR, JS, DR and the rest of the gang
When you see the two words, "State Owned". That goes for Factories,
Farms, Banks, Schools, Universities, Bridges, Mines, Tunnels, Dams,
Hydroelectrical Plants, Subways, Bullet Trains, Diamond Factories,
Movie Chains, Parks, Theaters, etc.
Subsidized and Tax Credit is half socialist. Any Questions?
