Only simpletons and morons never worry about anything. It is only a waste of
time to worry about things that you cannot change and/or you have no control
over.

As for worrying about things that never happened, does this mean he
should never have bought home owners insurance because his house never burned
down?

There is a fable
I seem to remember:

A man who had anything he could have desired, on his
death bed, was
asked if he had one last wish, what would he want .

He
replied, " I wish I had the time back that I spent worrying about
things that
never happened".
