City Lights Quiz
Today's site, from the Cities section of the UK's Guardian newspaper, offers a
welcome perspective on planet Earth. Gentle Subscribers feeling that "the world
is too much with us" will enjoy this departure from current concerns and bask
in the shift in focus.

With just over a dozen images of Earth's highly illuminated cities at night,
The Guardian Quiz challenges visitors to choose the correct answers in this
happy little multiple choice test. To make it somewhat more baffling, the
customary orientation of north being "up" has been eliminated and responders
are required to abandon their usual geographic set points. The images
themselves are glitteringly dramatic, presenting a compelling view of the world.
