humanities and social sciences. On the Science side, categories include Health
and Applied Science, covering the various specified regions of the globe, along
with the interesting addition of the quaintly named "Extraterrestrial" which
deals with breakthroughs in astrophysics. Recent academic research findings
which have reached the publication stage include significant progress in
understanding solar flares, blood pressure control through cell phones, and a
