Many thanks for your feedback. The audience, mainly consisting of
scholars from Uganda, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, India, Romania,
China and the US, were happy to give the ideas a thought. I am editing
the volume of conference proceedings which has a number of very
interesting papers.
