Dear Colleagues
In support of John Walubengo's excellent article in the "Daily Nation"
on 28th March 2017, I submitted my article to the same newspaper under
the title "A Place for Our Feet in the Sun: ICT for Persons with Total
Visual Disability", but they used their editorial license to change it
to "Higher education must accommodate the blind". However, they mostly
rendered it as I submitted it, save for inserting sub-headings. See it

Perhaps one of us should now do an article on terminology related to
visual disability, but exercising great caution to ensure we do not
discourage journalists from covering our issues.
