3. MWF 2015 Fellow, Churchill Saoke, in partnership with Kitui County
government and World Wildlife Fund for Nature, led the Sustainable Energy
Access Forum Kenya (SEAF-K) members to successfully commence the
development of Kitui County Energy Outlook. This project involves a
comprehensive research survey on the Energy scenario in the county. The
outlook will provide baseline information for the purpose of energy
planning, development and investment acceleration by the county government.
