This may be of interest.

G3ict, in cooperation with Disabled People's International (DPI) developed a
resource for advocates and policymakers to benchmark progress in making ICTs
accessible in compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons
with Disabilities. The findings stem from original research work and reports
received from 121 countries.

The top 10 performing countries are: Oman, Brazil, France, South Africa,
Qatar, United States, Italy, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, Kenya, and
Spain.

The top 10 countries for digital accessibility are: Oman, Qatar, United
States, Brazil, Israel, Italy, United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Australia.
