You need to download the attached file that Jason sent out.
Then you need to go to League/Restore League and locate this file where you
downloaded it and click open.

Do we have to create our draft league from the SOMIBA workbook data or am I
missing something and there is league file that can copied into the
SOMBKW/LEAGUES folder?
