Lake K led 30-22 after one quarter and built as high as an 18 point lead
54-36 more than halfway through the second quarter. Five minutes later,
LEX was only down 6. At the half, Lake K led 63-56. LEX surged ahead in
the 3rd and led for most of it but Lake K only trailed 94-91 heading to the
4th. Midway through the 4th, Lake K only trailed 108-104 but LEX stepped
on the gas and pulled away to win 132-118.
Gobert went for game highs in points (32) and rebounds (14) doing most of
his damage in the first half. Griffin also reached 30 points and Harrell
added 23. Another dud of a game for Thompson who went 1 for 10 from the
field and 0 for 7 from three. Lamb led LEX with 27 points while Williams
was right behind him with 26. The Freak had a quite 21 points.
