Hi all,
As it will likely be some time before we are able to meet face to face
at either a flying field or elsewhere, we will be holding Zoom video
conference general meetings on the second Sunday of each month starting
in May.
The meetings will start at 1:30 pm and the dates are as follows:
May 17 (not the 10th as that is Mothers Day)
June 14
July 12
August 9
September 13
We will extend this beyond the above dates if restrictions due to the
pandemic are still in place.
The agenda will be much the same as that held on April 5, i.e. any club
business, expected to be minimal, followed by a round table where
members may, e.g., let us know how they are coping and present any show
and tell etc.
To increase security you will be admitted by me (the host) and you will
need your name to be recognizable as a known club member. If you are not
recognizable (unless you inform me beforehand), for the sake of security
you will not be admitted.
I will provide the sign in link and any specific agenda on the morning
of the meetings.
