Hi Charley,

All of that sounds good. I talked to the front desk, we can definitely do a 2pm
checkout which it is set up for now. Hopefully as we get into the weekend we
will be able to extend that check out until 3pm.

  Thank you.  This is perfect.

  *   We will bring stuff to the room before our 1240/1248 tee times.  We will
do our bag stuffing around 6:00PM, after stopping by the bar to pick up a drink.
  *   We will leave our stuffed bags in the room until we collect them to
distribute Monday morning.
  *   Can you assist with a late check out for me so Sarah and I don’t have to
pack up before the break of dawn as we head to the tournament?
  *   Dennis Choquette:  Do you need a late checkout, or are you spending
another night?

Hi Charlie,

Just to confirm, I have held our Grenada room for the group all day Sunday and
all day Monday. I will give you keys when you arrive on Sunday to access the
room. The room is located right by where we sat and had coffee, if you walk
through the lobby of the hotel and out the back it is the first room on the
right once you get outside.
