I noticed my one here was looking a little sweaty but it appears as if the oil is starting to be reabsorbed into the soap. I am sure we have all had our share of mishaps J From: soapcraft-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:soapcraft-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mary Louise Parker Sent: Wednesday, 10 March 2010 7:30 p.m. To: soapcraft@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [soapcraft] mazzas patcholui & orange! OML!! Have just seen my purple patchouli and orange soap as it would have arrived to you and see that it has reacted to heat and no air and become sticky & sludgy.... and my romantic roses pong with possible mould! Yikes, Please take soap out of bag. I made it on one of Aucklands super hot and mega muggy days, it was sticky initially, but did dry out. This has never happened before to any of my soaps, even when mixed with glycerin. So a learning curve ( a sticky one) Im afraid. Thanks everyone and I hope this hasn't put you off trying the soap. Mary ps guess I'll lose points for this - lol No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG - www.avg.com Version: 9.0.733 / Virus Database: 271.1.1/2733 - Release Date: 03/10/10 08:33:00
