I'm pleased to announce a new version of SNM. This version is a first release
candidate for Nixos 19.09. Special thanks to @xvello for pushing this over the
line!

## New Features
This release does not include new features unfortunately. We have quite a few
features pending to be merged, and I encourage everyone to help if they have
time!
While this is RC1, positive feedback has been given from people using it on
19.09. If you experience any issues, please let us know!
