[smee] Broken LDoN database...

Okay, I was bragging in SMEE-chat that I had found a fantastic searchable
database of LDoN items (showing for example which armors were at which
camps, etc). Of course, no sooner do I do this than the database appears
to be down. In case it comes up by the time you read this, check it out

Er, it's really useful when it's not totally inaccessible, honest.
