Hi all,
My wife tried to send an SMS text message a few minutes ago from her
Smartvision 2, and she received a notification that it wasn't sent.
The last time she had this problem on her previous Smartvision 2, we
ascertained that the app Play Protect was disabling the sending of SMS
messages, and we were somehow able to uninstall Play Protect and the problem
was then resolved.
I've looked at my old smartvision2 which my wife is now using, and I can't
find a way of disabling Play Protect, as it doesn't show up in the list of
apps in Play Store.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem please.
