Sounds like you have some software that you or your husband have installed that 
supports ADDS and some software does do that so that
they can support their business if you don't buy the software. Granted I can't 
see your phone and Sam has offered to look at your
phone remotely to see if there is any software that you've tried that may have 
adds in it. Also the ADDS normally don't come up
unless you are using the software in question. 

 

There is a lot of software on the play store that does have this ability and 
the adds go away when you

1.       Remove the software

2.       Buy the software in question.

 

Another thought. Go in and close everything out of the OverView (task Manager) 
and then turn off and on the phone to see if that
helps. Then NOTE when the adds start coming up after what software you've 
opened/went into.

 

If you don't know how to clear things out of the taskmanager, you can call the 
place whare you got the phone and they should be able
to walk you through it over the phone.

I don't see that this is necessarily a Kapsys issue either, it's more something 
that has inadvertently been installed. However,

Do you open attachments you don't know what they are or who they are from?  I'm 
just trying to think of possibilities.  I don't see
how this is a kapsys issue as far as with there product.  Is this something 
they installed on the phone?
