Hi Lana,

My guess is that your touch-screen is on and that you’re touching it with your
cheek while on a call.

If you don’t use the touch-screen, turn it off via TalkBack settings (hash plus
0), and scroll down to the touch screen options area.

information about disabling notifications on the Kapsys.

It continues all through any calls I am on.

Can you make it so it only tells you once what is happening with the phone?
