Hi Lana,
My guess is that your touch-screen is on and that you’re touching it with your
cheek while on a call.
If you don’t use the touch-screen, turn it off via TalkBack settings (hash plus
0), and scroll down to the touch screen options area.
Thanks

Thanks to Lee I have sorted out the ring tone issue but still am awaiting
information about disabling notifications on the Kapsys.

I believe that is controlled by your provider. You will need to contact them.

Can anyone please tell me where I might set my phone to ring for longer before
it goes to voice mail.
I have gone into all the options for making your message and all that stuff.
I’ve looked in settings for the phone and I can’t find out how to do it
anywhere.
When I am on a call the phone keeps telling me the status of the speaker.
Whether keyboard is active or not and lots of other stuff.
It continues all through any calls I am on.
Can you make it so it only tells you once what is happening with the phone?
Thanks
Lana
