Thanks for your tip about AquaMail. I've installed it, and I want to set
up my Bigpond account. None of the options seem to suit. Do you know which
one I should choose. I'm using the free version. Does the paid version
have more options for accounts?

Thanks for your reply. I tried the e-mail app but had trouble setting it
up. I use AquaMail, suggested on the Eyes-Free list. There is a free
version which limits how many accounts you can use, so I paid for the Pro
version. It works well with TalkBack.
As I have owned several Nokia phones running Talks, I use the keypad for
navigating and entering text. Voice recognition is excellent, so I use that
for short texts and setting appointments, as well as information searching.
