Press hash with 0 for talkback settings, arrow down to announce Caller ID.
This is usually turned on by default.

Hi everyone
Can anyone tell me if there is a setting that will announce a number when
the phone rings.
I think you can set it to let you know if it is in your contacts but I am
not sure about that either.
Of course you can go to history but I want to know when the call comes in
whether I want to answer it or not.
