Totally seconded! I too find the cable far too short and the end that goes into the phone is unstable!

Sam is correct! You need an USB a Male to USB C Male cable. You can get them in different lengths. Personally myself, I find the one that came with the phone way to short! I like an 2M (6.6 feet) cable) That away I have room to run the cable the way I want.

Hopefully the next version of the SmartVision devices will have high speed wireless charging if they produce an SmartVision3. Example so that the phone can charge in 1.5 hours and not the long slow 4 hours or so it currently takes.

Shaz

Are you sure it’s the cable?

And is that covered under warranty?

I have had my smart vision for two years and the cable is as well fitting as the day I bought it.

We have also found that it does fit other android phones so you should be able to get one.

It seems that there are many different android caples these days.

Shaz, It has USBC on one end, and USB A on the other.

Hi all, it looks like my cable for my smart vision II is about to
give up. At the moment it is still charging but if I move it
slightly it may stop charging however the cord is still plugged in.
So not knowing how much longer this one will last, I have been
looking for a replacement. I have looked at all the cords I have
here and none of them seem to be the right type. I have looked at my
parent’s android chargers, but they are different to mine. I looked
at the manual and it says I need a USB cable C-type, however all the
C types I can find are for connecting to a display of some sort not
a USB plug. I have found one cable at the good guys that is a micro
to USB cable which says it is for android devices but since my plug
is different to my parents then would this work for me?

Hoping someone can help quickly because I would hate for my phone to
go totally flat. Also I have a voucher for the good guys that runs
out on Sunday so if I could use it for this cable that would be good.
