I would contact Kapsys and suggest they update the Talk back version. As
Stephen pointed out this is supported in later versions of Talk Back.

Not that I'm aware of. The version of Talkback that they modified doesn't have
those abilities. If they use Talkback 6.2 or upcoming 7.2 and change it; That
will have some of the abilities you want.
You can try using Star+1 and Star+2 to change how the Swipe and Arrow keys work.

When surfing the web with Google Chrome or any other browser that works with
the SmartVision II Premium, are there any quick hotkeys you can use either on
the phone, on a braille display, or using a bluetooth keyboard connected to the
phone, that allow you to move from link to link, both forward or backward?
Also, can you navigate web pages by heading, or go from button to button or to
form fields, like you can when using Jaws for Windows?
