[smartvisionau] Lost Speech

Hi, hoping someone can help me. I was on a call, put my phone on speaker, and 
now the speech has been muted so  I can’t do anything besides answer calls. 
I’ve tried turning off the phone and removing the battery which hasn’t made any 
difference. I have a Smart Vision 2.
