If you have an add account option, I think it's a fairly safe bet that you
haven't signed in yet with a Google account.
You can use the keypad to search for apps, and download them. However, a really
nifty thing about Android is that you can search for apps via a PC, that is
logged into the same Google account.
So, this means that, to make it easier for you, you could search google for
WhatsApp Play Store, navigate to the PlayStore entry, press the Install button,
sign in, and download, all on the PC. This will install onto your SmartVision.
But you do have to be logged in on both the PC and the SmartVision phone.
The first edit box is for your email address, the second is for the account
password.

Hi,
I've never used the Playstore yet, and am probably going to need to
change/reset my password for my Google account any way, as I've forgotten it.
(I have only ever used it on my PC for signing into
Youtube.) So I accessed the Playstore from Applications just a while ago on the
SmartVision2, and was wondering if the "Add my account" option is for when you
haven't signed in at all to the Playstore and/or on that device? It also
presents "Sign in to get the most out of your device"
among the "More options" dropdown list, but the editbox doesn't say whether
it's asking for email, password etc. Can WhatsApp even be installed just using
the keypad or does one need to use the touchscreen?
