Hi Didier.
Sorry, I ran
ls -ld /usr/share/info/
instaid of
ls -l /usr/share/info
So I don't see that info was a symlink....
Cheers.

Hi Philippe and All,===============================================================================
In Slackware thus also in Slint, info file are in /usr/info.
But in other distributions they are in /usr/share/info.
For the sake of compatibility, in Slackware as in Slint /usr/share/info is a
symlink to /usr/info
For similar reasons in Slackware and Slint /usr/share/doc is a symlink to
/usr/doc.
Cheers,
Didier

Hi Didier.===============================================================================
I just realize that the two directories are exactly the same. I ran
diff -qr /usr/info/ /usr/share/info/
echo $?
The last one gives 0.
This is not a problem but why two identical directories ?
Cheers.
