Thanks for your thoughts. Maybe I'll work with a sighted person who can
see my screen to determine what I should change, if anything. I like
long lines for having plenty of space for commenting after lines of
code, but it's presumably not much good to somebody looking at the
screen if the text is too small or the comments cut off.

size and of what you like for you. I hate long lines and high screens...
As to me I use 80 rows and 25 lines; I prefer that with braille.
I also use a big font because sighted people near me prefer that.
Moreover, I don't know if customization for the console has sens for
graphic (I only use the console).
This being said, you must adapt the font size with the line length. With
many rows, the font must be small...
