kde is not accessible, no matter what linux distribution you use, its also
a memory hog, I found it using 3.5gb of ram on my lenovo idea pad 320
running only 4gb of memory, because kde comes with a lot more bloat than
other DEs it usually takes a bit longer to download, I'd say hold off on
kde for now until orca finally gets some much needed feature updates,
highly unlikely since its only getting updates with gnome that do nothing,
or kde updates. the first option would be better but orca has not had an
update since 2014, that was when ubuntu 14.04lts was the go to distribution
back then, other distribution maintainers want to make their projects
accessible but they can't due to the fact orca has never had any more
feature updates in 8 years
