Thank you, I'll try that.

Subject: [slint] Re: 64-bit libraries?
Hello Michael and All,
I wonder how you built and installed these libraries.
Here I typed as root:
slapt-src -i libbsd
this triggered the build and installation of libmd, then libbsd.
both so files are in /usr/lib64
Maybe, remove these libraries and reinstall them this way?
Cheers,
Didier

Hello list,===============================================================================
I want to try the dosemu2 software. I'm ,using slint 15.0-5 on a USB stick on
an HP machine. Windows 11 is installed there, and I don't want to disturb it.
The package wants the libbsd library, and the libbsd library wants the libmd
library.
Well I got and installed, but but the wheriss command doesn't find them, nor
does the dosemu2 configuration command. They're there in /uss.local/lib.
I'm thinking that they're 32-bit libraries that won't work on a 64-bit
machine. Does that sound reasonable? Maybe they just got installed in the
wrong place. In that case, where should they go?
Help appreciated, thanks.
