Hi everyone
Summer Function - 10th July 2011 at 13.00 hours
I thought I would drop a note to you all to remind you of the summer
function that is to be held on Sunday 10th July 2011 at The Three Kings Inn
at Threekingham at 13.00 hours.
If anyone would like me to send through the menus again, please let me know.
I have had some replies and it would be good to have a few more attend, as
it gives us all a chance to have a get together.
We have been allocated a separate dining room for our own use.
There is the traditional Sunday Lunch Roast but if anyone would prefer to
have something from the normal menu that will not be a problem and there are
also vegetarian dishes available.
There will be a raffle on the day in aid of the Association Funds and prizes
have already been donated for this.
I will need to know the final numbers so please could you let me know
whether you will be able to come by Friday 24th June at the latest.
I look forward to hearing from you, and hope that everyones bees are doing
well.
