Yes. They are even less broken ;-)
I'd recommend to install slapt-get after installing 11.0:
# wget
http://workaround.ch/pub/slackintosh/10.2/extra/slapt-get-0.9.11e-powerpc-1.tgz
# installpkg slapt-get-0.9.11e-powerpc-1.tgz
# edit /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc and change 10.2 to 11.0
# slapt-get --update ; slapt-get --upgrade
