I had the exact same problem: I booted off slackintosh 11.0 cd,
mounted my /, removepkg glibc-*2.5 and then installpkg them.
Obviously you need glibc-*2.5*tgz somewhere handy to do this (I use an
external fw drive, but copying them in / is even easier)
